We added a picture of the ones we custom make.  They have 20 diamonds total ( 10 in each) .75 Ct. Tw. for the pair.  These are for 1/2 carat center diamonds or gems.  (5.1mm) and cost about $1450 if market gold is about 5000 per ounce.
