How custommade works

First, you send us your ideas and any graphics you may have.

Then we give you our ideas, options and and any questions we have to help us understand what you want and our ideas on how best to achieve it.  We keep the conversation going until we have a plan. 

We will then purchase gemstones and build the cad to fit them perfectly.  If there are no gems or the gems are classic sizes, we may just go straight to design (CAD).

Often until we have the design complete, we are estimating the finished weight.  Once the CAD is finalized we are close to exact on the casting weight which is often a big part of the cost.  If there are gems, we send photos for your approval, Lab reports, layouts and or video. 

We agree on the plan and cost, you pay the bulk if not all of the costs so we can cast and buy all that we need.  We get everything ready, sending you photos as we take the steps to complete your creation.  We take photos and write a full appraisal and ship insured with signature required or if you are local, we meet up.
