Shipping policy

US shipping:

We ship fully insured overnight or second day in the US.   Our shipments will always require a signature.  We use a third party shipper called Parcel Pro who will not waive the signature requirement.  If you live in a high theft area, they will require us to have you pick up your package with ID at a local access center.  We will check shipping requirements before we accept or begin your project. 

Outside the US

We ship International priority insured out of the US usually FedEx but sometimes UPS. Tariffs, import VAT and customs duty are the responsibility of the receiver of the shipment.  We do look these things up and let you know before we proceed so that you know what to expect.  In many cases we have found that the taxes are pretty close to what you would pay if you purchased locally.  In some cases however, it is significantly more.  There are certain countries excluded from insurance and others limited to $100 max. If we cannot insure shipments, we will not accept a sale.
