Refund policy

90% of our items are custom made for our clients.  Sketches, minute details, CAD designs, photos of waxes and gems are all posted for your approval every step of the way.  Finished photos are posted before shipping.  All lab certificates and written appraisals are cash back guaranteed.  For these reasons, we do not offer refunds. If there is a specific reason that you may want the option to return for a refund, please let us know.  Some items might be eligible but be aware that most are not.  We have many steps in place to avoid any problems and have never had a refund request in the 4 decades of making custom jewelry.
