Mary answered all my many questions on minutia and all my demands. I am a difficult client, and she made me happy. I was nearly ripped off by one Maker and Mary and her team were my savior. After being told by someone else that the ring I wanted "was beyond human technology to make" Mary and her team made it. Either they are great craftspeople or beings from another dimension. Either way, you'll get the ring you want. Hint: Ask any maker detailed questions before you book, and also don't get freaked out by production photos. They don't represent the end result.

My request was to re-create a ring my wife lost; re-create it from a few grainy, low quality pictures. Mary immediately sketched out the ring from these pictures and was able to flawlessly execute on it. In every step of the process: hand sketches, tweaks to the design, CAD designs, and actual production, Mary kept me up to date and informed. She made some wonderful suggestions on the diamond we used in the end (amazing find of a diamond!). In the end, Mary went above and beyond in creating this ring for me.I would highly recommend working with Mary, and I definitely would work with her again.

 The ring and the Mary Nolan were perfect. The only reason it's not 5 all the way through is because one of their CAD modelers took the file home with them during thanksgiving vacation so put the whole project behind. So I ended up getting the ring 2-3 days later than I wanted. The other reason I can't really blame them, however the category is shipping/delivery and they used 2 companies. UPS and a business called Parcel Post I think. Anyway, both of those companies did an absolute crap job. In terms of communication, customer service and timeliness. Because of their "policies" I ended sitting at a UPS service center waiting for a package to show up, missing two hours of my very own bachelor party.

I want to tell everybody that reads this how much I love this ring. I will first say how impressed I'm with Love Pendant determination to make my dream come true. Then not only meet expectations but also succeed in making me feel totally involved in the whole process. My beautiful ring was made to perfection in a timely fashion. So much so I wasn't ready for it, But the creator told me not worry and I got it as soon as I finished payment. I love this ring. My wife loves the ring. And I'm quite sure it will be the source of many compliments. I will recommend this maker to all that read this. Great communication, prompt work of creation, and last but not at all the least beautiful,beautiful work Thank you Mary your the greatest!!!

Sorry Mary for taking so long to write this review, but I wanted to wait until I had actually popped the question first. Because, to me anyways, the "wow" factor is something to consider here. And let me tell you, she was IMPRESSED! Totally enamored with the ring and in love with how well made it is. You did an incredible job and this is something I know she will treasure for the rest of our lives together. You made things incredibly easy for me and I appreciate that fact as I was so focused on arranging the right way to propose. And the fact you insured the ring for the shipping process was very much appreciated as when I saw USPS I immediately panicked since they've managed to screw up delivery at my place by months where I live. But thankfully they got it to me on time and in one piece. Thank you so much for providing a ring that means as much to her as she means to me. Before I get to the review, let me make a very specific note. I do not hand out 5 stars (this is the exception). When I see that rating I generally feel that the person is being too nice, if not careless about the review and isn't being as honest about the project as they are just leaving something to say they did it. So let me tell you, I'd give this project a 4, but it wouldn't be just. From approaching my project with a concept, to meeting my needs and constraints, following up with the project as it was being made, to personally going out of her way to meet me in a starbucks for delivery, Mary Nolan did an exceptional job in terms of service, professionalism, and the overall project is everything and more. The only snag was that we were not able to meet the original deadline. To be fair, I was asking for less than a 4 week turnaround which is not an easy task. She took the challenge however and while we were unable to make the original date, we went in knowing that physical production takes time and there is always unknowns that would interfere. Do not let this concern you, but keep in mind that you need to be sure you give makers enough time to build and a little extra time for any setbacks. Oh, and in case you were wondering. SHE SAID YES!!!!!!! And in the words of everyone who sees this ring, "It's unlike anything we've ever seen". Just the way I wanted it.

Final product (custom ring) is Awesome!!! Mary worked with me and incorporated everything I asked for. It was an intricate design I was looking for and Mary pulled it off!!! I'm so glad I lucked out and she answered my initial inquiry when I stumbled on this site. Mary Nolan is nothing short of superb at her craft and was a joy to communicate with. Value considering what I was asking for was perfect and pricing is very responsible. It's apparent Mary loves what she does and isn't out to break your budget, yet you get more than you pay for, in my opinion. Bottom line... Mary kept in constant contact with me throughout the ring making process. Any question, concern, or request I had she replied in a timely fashion, and she was incredibly helpful. The ring had a few custom requests and she was happy to fulfill themy, and it turned out beautiful! My budget wasn't too high, yet she still managed to make the ring look amazing with the amount she had to work with. Pictures were sent periodically to show the Rings progress, but it couldn't compare to opening the box and seeing it sparkle. 4 days until I propose and I can't wait yo see her face when she sees the ring :)
